Came in tonight to pick up a pizza. Their online ordering was down, but the guy on the phone was super nice. Pizza was ready in 15 mins (on a Friday night!) super hot and fresh. I usually get delivery vs picking up from this location, but when I went in, I noticed it was really clean and really well staffed. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall just a really nice experience.
Tonight, my husband and I ordered a delivery order. When it arrived at our home, my salad was missing . My husband called the store and they sent it right out to our house. I’m not sure if it was the same driver both times, but the second driver was so nice and so apologetic. I appreciate how quick the employees were to make our service right. I work in customer service and I know it is not an easy job. Kudos tonight to all the staff!!
Order to curbside.. at the old location and the new one, they never come out on time, I have even had to go in and grab it because they took so long.
