This place is horrible. it deserves less than a 1 point rating. I have called 4 times to Dunkin and there has been absolutely no resolution. If you have a serious problem, expect to be ignored completely. Don't expect to get what you order here. Read the reviews - one person got seriously ill, another one states that the coffee cup was filled with grounds at the bottom. My visit was atrocious. I have a sensitivity to dairy products so I make absolutely sure that I order accordingly....read full review
