I don’t know why I keep going to Dunkin Other than the convenience of not having to get out of my car to get donuts. No matter what time of day you go here to get donuts they ALWAYS taste like they are from a week ago. They are always cold & stale. Save yourself some trouble & go somewhere else for donuts or

Super frustrating that all of a sudden after coming here for months and getting a classic donut for $1 (per their menu board) they charge me a higher price. When I asked why the different price they claim it's only $1 with a coffee or from the app. Lies. I've been getting classic donuts for $1 per your menu for months. They need more training on cashiering.

We got through drive thru almost every day. They all know us and know exactly how we like our iced lattes. Sometimes we get a boston cream donut. We also have the app on our phone.

I tried this Dunkin three times in hope they we will get better since it is close to my house. The first time I ordered breakfast sandwiches and didn't realize till I got home that they were very burnt. Next time I went in the morning and hours said they were open but no one was there. This time the lobby wasn't open so I had to use the drive through. All the frosted doughnuts did not have sprinkles that were supposed to. They were put of munchkins and the majority of doughnuts even they had just opened. Asked for vanilla creeme, when i got home and took a bite realized t was the wrong doughnut. It was filled with some fruit jelly. They also burnt my grilled cheese to the point that I could not eat it.

I have now went through this drive through multiple times and the experience ALWAYS puts a smile on my face! The people who work here are truly so sweet! They are always giving compliments, greeting you with big smiles and the customer service is just over the top amazing!I have found myself now driving out of my work route to Estes Park, to make a stop here, rather then some of the other coffee competitors that are on my way because I know the staff here will help me start my day bright.Thank you Dunkin staff for always going above and beyond and starting my mornings off so beautifully! :) <3I hope the managers and higher ups recognize how wonderful their staff are!
