Have had multiple mix ups here. Staff also try to double charge. If you messed it up it’s also just nice to let the customer keep it. Also because it’s quite literally spreading germs to hand it back. Just gross and weird. Also constantly get the wrong drink and it’s very simple. And why can’t I have no ice? I have been told it’s something yall don’t offer anymore?
I stopped by here to grab a quick coffee and a donut, but the service was really slow today. The coffee tasted a bit burnt and didn't seem very fresh, and the donut was dry like it had been sitting out for way too long. The whole area around the counter felt a little messy too, which was a bit of a letdown. I have had much better experiences at other locations, so I probably won't be stopping by this one again.
Great spot just sales out of everything way to fast.
