I had pizza from this food truck last night at Salt Road Brewing in Fort Collins. First of all, it was about 10 degrees out and he was still cooking and happy to be doing so. Food trucks often bail in cold weather, so props to him. The pizza was excellent. Best pie I’ve had in a while. I had the (Special?) Ghoul. Great crispy crust, crispy pep, great flavor. Can’t wait to have it again.

This pizza is legit, anyone that has spent any time on the East Coast will appreciate these pies. Also, the only place in NoCo that offers Bar Pies, (iykyk).

Probably the best pizza I have ever had!

Easily the best pizza in NoCo! A true artisan approach to pizza. Super crispy yet tender crust, balanced yet punchy flavors and AMAZING sauce. This dude is from Jersey, he knows what's up!

We saw a rat inside and no one was surprised it was there. It was trying to hide but was actually way too comfortable. They should clean the nasty out of that place

Guy knows his shit. East coast attitude and cockiness with the skills to back it up!!! Guy ;) Super nice guy. This isn’t Little Caesars or Pizza Hut, Thank God! The pizza is awesome. No notes. Never mind, lots of notes. The bar pie is like those tortilla pizzas you find at bars, but 10x better. It’s not a Chicago thin crust/tavern, so don’t expect that. It’s unique and the best bar pie you’ll ever have. Crispy in all the best ways. Had to eat a slice immediately before taking pic. The fun ghoul (pepperoni) was also incredible. The Jersey Pie was great too. The crust, oh man that crust.
I love my pizza and would recommend that you don’t wait, run and get this pizza ASAP.

A must-visit for anyone in or around Fort Collins. This is truly artisan pizza; you are getting what you pay for at GFL. I came to GFL with high expectations, seeing how $32 for a pizza can be a tough pill to swallow. It is easily worth what you pay for it. Never have I eaten a pizza that has been put together with such care and foresight. The balance of the flavors on the Fun Ghoul was perfect. There are no notes for improvement; if you want the best pizza, you go to GFL.

Finally. A Real Pizza in Colorado.
We stopped by Prost Brewing in Fort Collins for the first time—loved it. Great beers, great place. There was a pizza truck outside, so we grabbed a pie while we drank. No expectations.
But holy shit. It was unreal.
Let me give you some context. I’m from Buffalo, New York. I love pizza and beer. I make my own dough. I’ve got a pizza oven. I don’t sell pies, but I’m serious about it.
And Colorado? The pizza here is just bad. I’ve tried everything. I hate everything. Nobody knows how to work with yeast at altitude. Everyone uses the wrong flour. The dough is always bland, dry, dense, or some weird chewy cardboard situation.
This truck? Finally someone got it right. You can tell it’s a high-gluten flour—the crust is crisp but still chewy. The dough actually tastes like something. Perfect balance.
I’m obsessed. This is the only legit pizza I’ve had since moving to Colorado. If anyone asks me where to get good pizza near Fort Collins, I’m telling them: this food truck. Period.

Mr. Luna needs someone to answer his calls with any questions a customer may have. It doesn't matter of what kind of question a customers has because it's extremely unprofessional to provide poor customer service over a phone call. I only had a question about his sauce before I was going to order for my 8 yr old son who is also autistic with food texture issues. He's exact words were, " I don't have time for your questions, " and hung up on me. Unfortunately, I still placed an order because it was recommended from a friend and ordered a pizza for my son from a regular pizza restaurant I am familiar with. Additionally, after trying Mr. Luna's pizza, I was not impressed. The pepperoni was too greasy, my pizza was dripping of grease and the crust was too thin. I do not recommend GFL Pizza. 🫳 🎤
This was my first time ordering and Guy Luna was rude when I called to ask a question. I picked up my order and I let him be aware that customer service is part of his business. He got even more huffy with me as I brought it to his attention about answering phone calls also needs to be professional. I understand he is busy, therfore maybe he needs to hire someone to answer phone calls to answer questions in a more professional manner. I only ate one slice because the pizza is too greasy. I have had better homemade pizza. I do not recommend GFL Pizza for my primary reason with his very poor customer service and very poor unprofessionalism.
I moved here from PA/NJ 17 years ago, this was the first time I've had pizza as good as or better than home! He killed it, lost for words here. The only pie in Colorado worth the price. The owner is awesome too 👍
