Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

Rude staff, bad food, avoid at all costs

Quick to get them burgers up, quiet place with inside and outside seating.

Sandwich was ok not the best

Only ice cream custard was ok

Drive through so atmosphere not an issue. The food is always good and consistent.

This review is for all Good Times locations, not just this store. So basically to the clown execs and suits ruining this once amazing establishment day by day!!!!!
Been eating here since first location opened. Was sort of like first In&Outs, still good, until they got too big. Everything was spot on and really good while being still affordable. Well....now would be just the opposite. I actually bought stock at one time, that has lost about 50%. Now a faltering...$2.3/stock. Joke.
As I have seen once prominent locations close one by one, it appears others have this same sentiment....when you got something good...leave it alone!! Sad thing is, these clowns running the show make 7 figures and their staff barely make enough to live off of.
Added for this location.....Get a manager and employees that care!!!

If I could give 0 stars. I would. I ordered food from here through doordash. We waited over an hour so I called the store. They told me they made the order twice and they will not remake it. There is no way two orders were taken. This was a $50 order mind you. They did not handle the situation well. I got a refund but no food so we had to go somewhere to get food. Best advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

Get the custard. Burgers better than most other fast food.

Exelent drive though burger joint. Burgers are good, and they do really taste like meat. Some got outside chairs with umbrellas to eat weather permits. Love it.

Food was delicious but the burger was put together so poorly i had to take it apart and reassemble it. Not ideal when they dont give you napkins on a drive through order and you need to hit the road asap.

This is definitely the best customer service I've ever had at a restaurant that's fast food. The food is superb & hot and fresh. The employees are wonderful & very helpful and they make you feel good. I always enjoy coming here.
