Exelent drive though burger joint. Burgers are good, and they do really taste like meat. Some got outside chairs with umbrellas to eat weather permits. Love it.

Food was delicious but the burger was put together so poorly i had to take it apart and reassemble it. Not ideal when they dont give you napkins on a drive through order and you need to hit the road asap.

This is definitely the best customer service I've ever had at a restaurant that's fast food. The food is superb & hot and fresh. The employees are wonderful & very helpful and they make you feel good. I always enjoy coming here.

I live in Loveland and have been going to this restaurant since it opened. I most always dine in. It is extremely rare that I have issues, and if I do have one and I bring it to their attention they quickly work to make things right. This is my favorite burger restaurant in town. It’s a healthier choice than the other places, and the people who work there are amazing.

Love the spicy bacon guacamole burger — par excellence, always recommend.

And of course, as always, love that spoon bender. As a travel nurse, I travel all over the country, and sometimes staff don’t mix the bender all the way. Please dear friends, your customers appreciate and notice when you blend the ingredients all together at the bottom. They are the ones I return to!

Burger was on par with IN & Out. Thoroughly enjoyed. Tried the Mac & cheese with green chili and it was both tasty and spicy. Veggies on burger were fresh. Definitely worth the stop.

This place used to be good before the pandemic. I went today and the food was very greasy and disgusting. My stomach hurt afterwards and all I had was the black bean burger, some cheese curds, and a black cherry lemonade. Once I got to the drive-through window, I was told that I was not charged for the cheese curds and had to be charged only to find out that I was charged twice. I am never coming here again. I have a rule of thumb, once a place makes my stomach hurt. I never go there again. This establishment needs to up the ante in regards to what they call good quality food. I can now say there are three places that I will never go to again and this is one of them along with Jack-in-the-Box, and Wendy’s.
