decided to stop by this location instead of the greeley one. the staff was extremely unfriendly and there was a lot of tension in the store. i understand they have only 2 people working, i’ve been in that position before but wow just not great service. i’ll continue to visit the location closer to home.

Employees consistently put dairy in smoothie, even when repeatedly stressed to be dairy free. After the 6th incident, I called the store to ask why, and the assistant manager said “just explain to the staff better next time”. I also talked to a manger at the Garfield location, asking how I could be more clear when ordering, I was told to “just stress the dairy-free part better”. Not sure how to be any clearer than “please make this dairy free”… Both managers unfortunately placed blame on me for not “ordering correctly”, instead of realizing the employees are poorly trained on recognizing ingredients, or understanding the severity of food allergies. I’m very understanding of the high turnover staff rate, but “temporary” shouldn’t be the business model. Neither manager chose to recognize their responsibility, as a representative of the store or as a human, to serve someone what they ordered for, and not what will make them sick. Neither managed made any proactive changes, or was able to reassure my business in any way, so I’m unable to continue getting my favorite smoothie here. Please evaluate your management system :/

They make the drinks correctly, but service is always incredibly slow and unprofessional. They also put up a reflective sheet on the drive thru window (clearly done themselves) which prevents you from seeing what they do with your credit card once they collect it for payment.

The smoothies are great. Very delicious! But the customer service is absolutely terrible. Why work if you’re to treat customers like a nuisance. Tonight’s experience was awful. “Do you know what you want or do you have to look?”. No hello, no welcome. So incredibly rude.
First time there I asked for strawberry lemonade she made 4 smoothies that were straight sour and I told her they were for my kids. I was wondering if it was done purposely. Poured them down the drain and money wasted.

The girls in there are great. I would give them a five star but today when I was in the store in the introduce, it is ridiculously very hot in the store to get a cold refreshing drink as I did. I would like it to be more air-conditioned and especially for the workers.

I ordered my very small order, and it took 30 minutes! 30 minutes for two smoothies! The cashier served her 4 friends who ordered after me first, and another family of four, as well! It wouldn’t have been so bad if it wasn’t burning hot inside the building! Do bettter!
