The food at Jimmy John's is always good, but what sets this JJ's apart is the teamwork. Everyone was smiling, having a good time and making sandwiches in moments. The upbeat attitude of the team working there is contagious. I left the restaurant smiling and had to write this positive review.
The store is clean, so are the restrooms. I have ordered take-out and eaten in this location several times and it was a pleasure to have a great sandwich, eat at a clean table and get on with my day.
The team of Jade, Jason, Jacob and Rachel are to be congratulated!

Dietary restrictions: Love the lettuce wraps for gluten intolerance.
The sandwich was lacking ingredients, mostly bread. Not up to standards.

I placed a big catering order and it was beautifully packaged and ready to go right when I needed. And the sandwiches were tasty too!

I absolutely love Jimmy johns in general. Tho, it seems out of the last 30 or so times I've been, the food or service or both was subpar. Yesterday, I got my sub, and there were onion peels in it that I couldn't chew. Several times when I asked for extra sauce, I either didn't get any, or it wasn't enough to taste. Overall, I'm still a fan of Jimmy John's, but things have definitely gone downhill a bit.

Used to be tolerable—their online ordering/tracking system sucks (i.e., there IS no tracking system and you’re left to wonder if your food is ready for pickup or being delivered anytime this century), but aside from that, fine. Sure, their quality control is lacking (half the time my spread is globbed on, half the time is borderline undetectable), but still…no major complaints. Until last week. I walked in to order two of the same sandwiches, got them both promptly, took them home, and the one my husband unwrapped had a giant, disgusting reddish hair slapped on top of the bread and woven into the filling. Neither of us has red hair or anything close. I get it, these things happen (shouldn’t based on health standards and hair nets, but happen nonetheless); but what pisses me off is that when I repeatedly tried to submit feedback online using their website, I was given error after error message, claiming my feedback was unable to be delivered. So I switched tactics and sent a direct email (feedback at jimmyjohns dot com) and was directed back to the faulty website. When I reached back out to explain the issue, I received no response. So I am left with a hairy sandwich which I paid for and was unable to eat, and absolutely no recourse to receive even so much as an apology, let alone a refund. So here I am, hairy sandwich photo evidence in hand and a 1 star review. Respond to your customers, maybe your reviews wouldn’t suffer.

The restaurant is a little cramped for a dining experience. Wheelchair accessibility is a challenge. However, the food and service make up for those shortcomings.
Wheelchair accessibility: If their is a line of people ahead of the wheelchair-bound while entering, the front door must remain open and blocked until the customer in front is finished with ordering. The'res also only one table suited for wheelchair height. It's best to survey the area before committing to dine in.

I notice that every time we order food from this branch, the employees would forget one thing. DOUBLE CHECK your bags and receipt!!!

I always love a good unwich sandwich and being part of their rewards program. After you spend money buying subs, you get either free cookies or chips or sometimes even a sub.
