we called to get 2 grinders on the deal of the week. The gal told us 50-60 minutes. My husband got there and it was over 90 minutes until he got the food. No apology, nothing. Then they forgot the Italian dressing. Nobody seems to care. Find a good management team and turn this ship around! I told him to leave and go to Noodles but he had already paid. They didn't hesitate to take his money right away.
We always order the South of the Border and have never been disappointed. Staff is always nice and helpful and the pizza is always fresh and amazing! My absolute favorite pizza place!
Excellent customer service! We ordered on a Friday night and our order was incorrect when we received it (which happens sometimes) and when I called to see about getting the correct order, the manager was apologetic and quick to make it right and get the correct order out to us. The replacement order was very fast to arrive and was 100% correct. I highly recommend this establishment for their delicious food and excellent customer service!
