McDonald's uses thermopaper tickets on takeout, even on each individual item. These receipts have a high BPA level. Thermo paper is banned in many other countries, because it's a known carcinogen. Until the FDA bans thermopaper, McDonald's should stop slapping these all over our food.

Didn’t receive my side order of fries. The restaurant didn’t help and told me take it up with corporate! So I did. And they were no help either. Absolutely no customer care. I was brand loyal for four decades, but they lost my custom over failing to address a simple missing side order of fries. My first and only complaint to the company since 1985.The missing fries was annoying, but it’s the total lack of customer care that’s so disappointing and the REAL problem.So now I go elsewhere.

Worst drive thru ever. I don’t understand why, but every single time I go through the drive thru I have to go park out front and wait in stall #1. Meanwhile, the drive thru line is moving like an escalator at the airport. I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and fries….why do I have to go wait in front where you leave me sit for 15 minutes because you forgot about me. One time I waited for 30 minutes just watching people come and go. It’s not like I order food for 400 people. Ugh.

My order was wrong but fortunately it was a quick fix, plus a new employee was in training, so you have to have patience for them. Overall it was good service and hot fresh food.

It's not the biggest deal but when I ask for a toddler toy that's what I would like my son to get. If not then just take that option off the menu. Plus it would be nice to not just get old toys you guys just have from over the years. The toy my son got he can't even play with and it's 2 years older then him... other then that this is usually my favorite McDonald's to go to
Haven't been to this location in years. Chicken sandwich, ff, iced tea very good. Husband's McDouble had burnt patties! Tables dirty, nobody cleaned them the whole time we were there. They give you napkins, but only 2 for 2 adults and a toddler, so had to ask for more. I'm guessing they are short-staffed. Absolutely HATE their video boards that show all the food and desserts, over and over, bright and glossy. Too much, with music, bright lights, noise of kids yelling, just sensory overload. Not good for anyone, and especially developing children's brains.

Food was fine, what you would expect from a McDonalds. We ordered to-go through the app but saw they missed my dipping sauce, no big deal. I went back into the store to the counter where no less than 4 people looked straight at me and went back to what they were doing. One lady finally came out to then walk straight past me again to the cash register. Finally she acknowledged my existence and got what I asked for. Again, not upset about the initial miss of the sauce… the lack of acknowledgment by four different people is the fail.

I went through drive thru it took half an hour, 2 people come after me and left before me. I had to go inside and wait an additional 2 min to get my food. Finally got home, I was short 2 $7.00 sandwiches. I tried to call while I drove back up, no answer. by the time I got back home my fries and sandwich were very cold. Very disgusting.Parking: I had to wait for my food, they told me to wait in space number two. a person was parked in 1 and 2 and they had gone inside the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Not much handicap parking, due to the fact that they have their waiting parking spots when your food is not ready at the window. For fast food place it is extremely expensive

I bring my kiddo here for the playplace they never bother me. However around lunchtime me and my 3 year old were there every table was filled with high schoolers from across the street a fight broke out between at least 10 of them. The staff didn't even bat an eyelash which left me and My baby in the middle of it. Outta the 50 teenagers that were there, only one kid realized the danger helped me get my baby outta harms way and then helped me push the fight outside. Scared my baby so bad he cries as soon as we pull up to the building.
