They frequently forget items on orders depending on the crew and time of day. In the evening I have had great experiences, but their morning crew has consistently disregarded order preferences (like no dragonfruit pieces in a dragonfruit drink, which they poured excessively on top to spite?) and forgotten items that you've paid for; I'm now out two hash browns from two separate drive-thru trips where they cheat you out of food you've paid for, even if they're not busy. Going inside to order is like visiting a black hole. It's like they forget they have to serve people inside as well. You could probably go through the drive thru 3 or 4 time before you get your meal inside.
