Not sure if it's the whole chain or just this location, but the food had no texture, no flavor and was just overall very disappointing. The kids meal noodles seemed like it was at least a day old. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because the place looked clean. Unfortunately that is not enough to go back for.

I ordered online and went I went to pick it up, my Mac and cheese is half full. The cheese sauce was super bland and not flavorful like it is at other locations. The location on 29th street is a lot better.

We ordered online because we have two babies so we were trying to beat the wait. The email said it would be ready in 10 min. We went in and waited by the counter for 30 minutes while the employees continue to smile at us and hand out orders to everyone else who walks in. I finally ask one of them about our order and she casually walks over to our bag that’s been sitting on the counter the whole time and hands it to me without saying a word.

I walked in expecting a perfect experience like I always get from Noodles and CO, but this time I was served by a very rude "Luke" he was short with me and didn't bother to actually serve me, he was short and made me choose my options rapidly as I'd he had somewhere to be, I will not be returning to this location as the service I received was so rude and upsetting that I almost cried in my car, please consider your staff carefully, the food was amazing as always.

I was so excited to get noodles and Company for the first time in 10 years because I was addicted to it as a young man. Completely trash, my noodles were barely cooked and not caramelized on the Japanese noodles. And my broccoli was fully raw. Like it had been added at the last second into my to-go order, and my wife’s mac & cheese was half filled with water, and the cheese wasn’t even melted, expected things from noodles but was very disappointed

I put a large order in for pick up. When I got there my food was gone. I talked to one of the employees she pointed my in the direction of the manager. When I told her what happened. She said oh well and walked away and started cleaning the tables. My order was $80 for noodles. I understand things happen but the way the manager handled things was very rude.
