Shelly helped us craft the most beautiful gelato service for my daughter's wedding reception with over 350 guests! I talked other local ice cream/gelato places in the NoCo area, and none of them had the professional indoor service set up that was appropriate for a formal event that I was looking for...except for Paciugo's!!! I loved the charming portable dipping cases and how they displayed the stunning gelato flavors! Our guests absolutely enjoyed getting to order up...
The staff was very friendly and willing to let me sample some flavors. Always love going in there for a cool down. My favorite is the cookies and cream, butter pecan with caramel and the coffee.
Quite disappointed. I stopped in last night while I was at Centerra and the last thing I want to do is post a critique of the young gal who was working there, at least she is working and making an effort. This is more to hopefully make a change. I ordered a grande cup - two flavors. The poor girl could barely reach the two flavors I chose because they were on the bottom of the display and the bins were half empty so the majority of the Gelato on both selections were at the opposite...
