Ordered the bacon double breakfast sandwich during my visit. Please don't be deceived by the description of this item. I received 3 paper thin half slices of bacon on this sandwich. I talked to the representative there and was told I received the proper amount of bacon on that sandwich because a regular sandwich would only receive 1 1/2 half slices. The sandwich tasted good but an item that is advertised as a bacon double has to have more than 3 half slices. If your just looking for a decent breakfast sandwich with a hint of bacon then this one is for you. Do not recommend. Just order the regular sandwich and save some money.

Very disappointing when it comes to the soup!
I’ve been a customer of Panera Bread for over 10 years now! Chicken and wild rice soup reminded me of the watery canned soup I can get by Campbell’s. In fact I can get more food for my money if I purchase a can of Campbell’s Chunky. That is a true shame!
Now not all locations water down the soup. But I will be sure to not give any more of my business to this location. Especially since I am still hungry.

I ordered through DoorDash almost a week ago and found a small shard of glass in my sandwich. I reported it through DoorDash, but also called the restaurant to let them know and to see if they would be able to help with refunding the order because (at the time) DoorDash only offered a partial refund. The first girl I talked to at Panera was really nice, but said she was putting me on hold to get a manager and hung up. No big deal, figured it was an honest mistake and called back. The second girl that answered was beyond rude, didn’t really give me the time of day, just took my name and phone number and said somebody would reach out. Then quickly hung up as well without saying goodbye. Nobody ever reached out. I had to jump through hoops with DoorDash to get the rest of the order refunded, and ultimately did get my money back but Panera handled this SO poorly. Broken glass in your food is a serious safety issue and they did not take it seriously at all. Didn’t ask if I was ok (it was a tiny piece but did cut the inside of my mouth). Offered no apology, refund, or most importantly reassurance that they’d look into the situation and try to find the source of the broken glass. Hopefully nobody else was affected. I called their national support line as well, and was again told somebody would be reaching out from the corporate level but still nothing.

Delicious!!!! Quick, yummy food which is endlessly modifiable to whatever dietary restrictions you may have. But again with the delicious!!!!!

They forgot the utensils requested. The $8 salad had very little toppings & came with dressing on it instead of on the side. The grilled cheese was barely grilled & the brownie ‘bite’ was old and crumbly.

My pickup order was incorrect. When I called, I was told it was correct but upon checking the online order, it was not. I should have checked it during pickup but 2 bowls of soup just didn't seem that complicated.

I ordered a you pick two with Mac and cheese and the chipotle chicken avocado melt. When I picked up my food from the counter, they gave me bacon Mac (I’m not a fan and that’s why I didn’t order it that way) and my sandwich literally only had a tiny chuck of chicken. No avocado, peppers, or even cheese. When this was shown to staff, all they did was give me two slices of avocado. Extremely careless after paying over $45 for a meal for two people. This visit was extremely disappointing and I will think twice about coming back to this location.

I love Panera Bread and am a Sips Club Member but this location always seems to be out of everything. If you want to grab an evening coffee (hot or iced) then no luck. They have bread in their name but then sometimes they’re out of bread. It’s usually pretty dirty in here too, which makes me wonder about the back if the front is a mess.
It’s 11 o’clock and yall were out of chocolate croissants. We asked an employee and the manager Sara was there and we asked if they were gonna make more she proceeds to walk off and says no. Very rude and it’s still very early in the morning.
Me and my family WILL be returning to this location! The food was great, the atmosphere was cheery, and the staff were very helpful! Special thanks to Amelia for her hospitality and menu suggestions! ( my kiddos keep asking to come back to see the nice girl who said hello to them!)
