Every time I order, they refuse my cards. I've tried to talk to their other people who take care of that. They give me a bad attitude. My cards are just fine everywhere else. I used to love these guys.

The papa John's employees are actually friendly, and kind! The pizza is yummy, albeit a bit expensive compared to the other chain pizza joints in Loveland. I think it's worth it though.
Ordered delivery.. paid $6 IN ADVANCE..20% tip IN ADVANCE..to receive a Luke warm (at best) delivery.. never

My pizza was not cooked thoroughly and hardly had any toppings on it. When I called to ask or inquire about this I was told I would get a refund. Instead on my bank account it was charged $44.65 twice. With an additional $12.44 out of my account. Then when I called Monday during a business day I was not treated very well. All of this has been documented, And I'll be taking legal action.
The only caveat is who will answer the phone. I have an accent and the lady had an Indian accent and it was REALLY hard to understand her, she got my name wrong but the order was 97% right!At the store two people greeted me, they were really professionals. But still the franchise might need to improve in hiding some of the “backstage”The crust, the sauce, the cheese, the toppings, everything was spot on!Parking: A little dark at night

Phoenix is the best driver ever! Whoever’s in charge needs to get them a raise asap! The drink was forgotten (NBD it happens), even after I said it was alright and not to worry about it, this absolute amazing queen came back with the rest of my order. Despite being a busy night. 5 star customer service!

I called the manager who wouldn't give me his name who was working around 7:00 p.m. on October 24th because they gave me the wrong kind of wings I wanted barbecue wings they gave me red hot wings he said he'd send them back out, about 35-45 minutes later I called him again then he hangs up on me because I said that I'm going to give a bad review if I don't get my wings but before I could finish he hangs up on me so then I had to drive to the store and tried to get his name and my wings and he said he voided my order already and it'd be back onto my credit card when I paid with cash when he finally gave me my money back I told him there's better ways to deal with this type of situation from a paying customer then as I was leaving out the door he proceeded to call me an a******if that's the type of employees they're going to have a Papa John's I'm never ordering from there again and somebody should let corporate know I know I'm going to make a phone call about it! If I were you I would not ever order from here!

Too much sauce, no Pepperoncini peppers extra cost for ANY sauce and costs are way too high. They used to have good deals but they don't anymore.
