I love the pizza at Papa John's. I also appreciate management listening to my complaints about a past order, apologizing, and fixing the issues. Unfortunately you can't expect that type of service from most businesses nowadays.
The papa John's employees are actually friendly, and kind! The pizza is yummy, albeit a bit expensive compared to the other chain pizza joints in Loveland. I think it's worth it though.
