QDOBA Mexican Eats

I loved my burrito I got one two days in a row! We were staying in town for a few days and I couldn't pass it up because coming from Illinois there are no more QDOBA's anymore. I love the queso and the pickled onions. My burrito had everything on it so naturally was the size of a newborn!

I've been here 5 times in the last month because of the proximity to my work. Every time the brown rice has been under cooked and crunchy and I find myself spitting out bit of rice throughout my meal.
The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly. The hot sauces are almost always empty. But I won't be back for a while. Tired of having pebbles in my food.

I came in for a late lunch on Friday 4-25 at around 3:20 pm and ordered a pork burrito. By 4:30, I had started to feel sick and by 5:20, I had to leave work. My fiance took me to Urgent Care where I was diagnosed with acute food poisoning. I spent that night and all of Saturday (also missing work) vomiting with diarrhea while in absolute pain and only now have the energy to even make this review. I have left a message for the Larimer County Health Department to call me back on Monday. Do not eat here.

If you're a Qdoba regular, you pretty much know what to expect. Compared to "normal Qdoba", my bowl was small (wife gave me some of hers so I didn't leave hungry), and we both agreed that the brown rice was undercooked (was somewhat crunchy). It was also my first and last time trying Citrus Lime Shrimp. No problem; I am a fan of all the other Qdoba animal proteins.

The staff at this location are all so kind and well trained in the job. Food is always hot and good. My grand daughter and I go there for breakfast once a week.

I don't write reviews much but I had to recognize the awesome staff that worked the night of 11/15. They were fast and accurate with respectable portions. Not only that but they're customer service was amazing and made me feel welcomed. I hope a higher up at this store will read this and give them the recognition they deserve.

The food is tasty, one of the employees who works there is very despotic and unpleasant in the way she serves, she looks Latin and is super rude, she has a very bad attitude.

This location needs help. It used to be so amazing and the food was quality. Not so much anymore. I held off on going here for several months because I was charged $14.00 for nachos and there was hardly any in them. Today I went with some work colleagues and again the crunchy tortilla shell/bowl was undercooked and stale. They should be tossed after 1 day/night. My suggestion is have a District Manager come and train everyone for a month and get this store location back on track. Thank you.
