Amazing green Chile nothing I have tried in Colorado beats it. But for the dine in restaurant side of things, I rather take the food to go as the restaurant interior is very plain for a family mexican restaurant.
if you don't smother everything in green chile, you're doing it wrong. Smother your burrito, smother your stuffed sopapilla, smother your girlfriend, I would even recommend smothering the red chile with green chile. Everything gets green chile.
We have been going to Santiagos for many years. I have wanted to write a review for a long time but never took the time. The breakfast burritos are so inconsistent. I am not sure why they ask if you want mild, 1/2 and 1/2 or hot because the burritos are dry and rarely have any sauce in them. If they do have sauce, it is not throughout the entire burrito. It may be at one end or the other. If you want to guarantee sauce in your burrito, you have to pay for it. I wish they would...
