I have been a patron of this particular Starbucks since they opened in their first location at this mall. It makes me sad to say that the last few times I've visited they have ignored me telling them about my rewards and wanting to use points towards items. So I've ended up forfeiting my reward points and paying for my items because once they swipe your card they can't change anything.
