I don't much care about the atmosphere. I am more about the service. There is a woman here who goes above what is expected. When a person sees a customer walk in and immediately knows what they want, that is service. She is always nice and service oriented. My daughter is always saying that she hopes she is at work. Rob Woodward make the right move and put this one in charge at this location. Then have her go do some District Manager training.

This is usually my Subway of choice because it is near my home. I had a problem one day last week. I noticed the online ordering was down, so I decided to just take the short two minute drive to the store about 10am. It was closed. The sign specifically states that it opens at 9am.Today, I ordered online for pickup. The app said it was ready. I went to the store, but it wasn't ready. Poor guy was working by himself. I find it inappropriate for only one employee to be running...

This store I have received 2 delivery orders without items on my order, but subway the company has not refunded or made it easy in anyway to get these reported correctly for me to be able to get refunded. Kinda don't want to eat at subway anymore.
