We tried to place a group order for a volleyball tournament with this location, and after our phone call, which was very pleasant, we were advised to come visit the location to place our order in person due to some small needs i.e. gluten-free we werenât able to do online. Once we visited the location to place our order, three days in advance, the employee that we spoke to on the phone was there and very helpful and receptive. However, the manager on duty was very abrasive and non-accepting of our order. Due to the manager on dutyâs response, we felt it was best to move our order elsewhere. We went next door to their competitor Firehouse Subs and received exceptional service. We will not be returning to this Subway for future orders.
My boyfriend and I recently went here for two footlongs and chips. It took about 10-15 minutes waiting at the window which is a little unusual but I understand how working in customer service can be sometimes. We got our sandwiches but one was the wrong size and no chips. So I went back in to have it corrected and I was pretty appalled by the behavior of the female worker. Her male co worker appeared to be doing the majority of the work while she hid in the back. The male employee seemed to be struggling up front without someone helping restock, ring up orders, or help myself out. I really did feel bad for him. The female employee was the one who initially rang up our order, no greeting, just paid and she closed the window and left. She had tattoos, glasses, and dark hair. This place needs some TLC unfortunately.
Absolute terrible customer service, told us it was going to be a 20 minute wait because they were more concerned with their catering order. We took our business elsewhere

The worst subway I have ever visited. The drive up window is apparently not for customer use. The one person working opened the window and said what?? I told her that I was there to pick up my order. She said very rudely that I had to come inside and she slammed the window. I parked. I got out of my car and some young homeless looking kid asked me if I was there for delivery. I said no. I'm here to pick up my order but I guess I can't use the window. She was very rude. He followed me inside and kept talking to me. I turned around and told him that I had not started any conversation with him. I was only there to pick up the order. I was kicked out and still treated very rudely. The sandwiches sucked also. Save your money. Go to cheba hut. This visit was June 16th at 8 pm. If the owner actually cares, he will know who they are.

Terrible service. I called the store to ask about an order and the lady that answered was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I will not be going back.

I got charged an extra 1.50 or so for a regular amount of cheese. When I asked about it. The person making the sandwich said they charge for sliced cheese.....what?
the lady was so freaking rude. from the moment the lady first âgreeted usâ i could tell she didnât want us to be there. multiple times throughout the ordering process she was rude to my sister. my sister is 15 and this older lady made her cry. i work in customer service too and itâs important to be patient and it isnât hard. i understand if she was having a bad day but she still didnât need to be that rude.

Order said it would be ready by 4:25. Just walked in at 4:50. Still not ready???? Apparently the ticket just printed as I walked in the door. Yeah, nah.

I placed an order on the Crossroads Subway website to be delivered. Only part of the order was delivered. The delivery person went back to get the rest but didn't return. I spoke with the assistant manager on duty and then the store manager who both said they would refund me in full. They didn't. They referred me to the REGIONAL manager who didn't even return my call. Bad!!!!!
