If I lived closer I would eat here every day. The ambience was amazing, the service was great and the food was life changing. Previously I hadn’t had a lot of Thai food, so I went with my girlfriend and got the five spice beef soup. It was so delicious that it made me cry. I don’t remember the last time that happened, but I’ll remember this restaurant forever. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

I have never ordered a dish that was less than outstanding. This is wonderful fresh flavorful food that is beautifully presented. I love multiple noodle dishes, spring rolls, the soups, and massaman curry. We're fortunate to have such a gem in loveland! I have done a take out in a pinch, but felt disappointed to miss the presentation of the meal.

Its been a bit since we'd been back to Thai Thaim since they changed everything a ways back. They revamped their menu again since then and its back to being just as good as when it first opened. I am a little sad that Duck Buns are no longer on the menu (I still need to know what was in that amazing sauce), but I will be back regardless.

This is a really upsetting review to have to write after years of loving this place. My wife and I have been regulars for a long time. We are gluten-free, we always order gluten-free items, and we are always very clear with our servers about that. The menu clearly marks gluten-free options, and we rely on that.
On our most recent visit, our server ran out to stop us from eating a sauce we had been served — a sauce we’ve eaten many times and were told was gluten-free. She took it away, then came back and said it actually was gluten-free. Then she returned again to tell us that an appetizer sausage we order regularly is not gluten-free.
When we said that we’ve been eating it for years and that it is labeled gluten-free on the menu, her response was essentially, “Oh!? It says it’s gluten-free on the menu, then it is,” after previously telling us it wasn’t.
At that point, we had no idea what information to trust. For people who are gluten-free, this kind of back-and-forth is not just frustrating — it completely undermines trust. Whether something is gluten-free shouldn’t change mid-conversation.
The food itself is still amazing, which is what makes this so disappointing. We’re leaving this review because there is no clear way to contact management directly. We hope this is taken seriously, because we genuinely want to feel confident eating here again.
