Absolutely awful food... burger was burnt, buffalo chicken wrap with no buffalo sauce and soggy fries...tasteless mojito that i sent back and very slow service! Best part was the beer!

This is my type of restaurant. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food. Conveniently located 3 minutes from Blue Arena. Stop by for a meal before your next event. You won't be disappointed.

It doesn't look that big from. The outside but walk in and errr mah gerd! They literally have stadium seating for the stage. Yes you read that right. Stadium seating! Oh and the giant TV's playing the happening sports, can't miss a single one from wherever you sit. And I giant horseshoe bar, tall cold beer, very friendly and attentive service, on our first visit we only enjoyed the tater skins, which were plentiful and amazing, we had plans on another restaurant to go for dinner, so we didn't endulge in the huge burgers we saw them bringing to other tables. Can't wait to go back. And live country music on the weekends at no cover charge! Get me an Uber please! Because I'm having a great time. Check them out, you will not be disappointed. And if you are, we'll I heard the beer is free.... Tomorrow....

Food was ok. Food was warm but not hot. The bourbon Gorgonzola burger didn’t taste like either and the patty was not seasoned. The French dip would have been good but the meat had a lot of gristle. My kiddo loved the nuggets and the fries. The downfall to the fries was they were broken into small pieces on all of our plates. And again nothing was hot. It was all only warm so that was a bummer. I would potentially eat there again to see if it was just a bad day. my husband noticed that they charged a surprise tip for the kitchen staff. This could be a downside for anyone who is budgeting, and doesn’t realize it’s gonna cost a little bit more due to the extra 3% on top of the tip for the waitress.

People of Color.....please read this entire review. I know it's long but it is informative and worth it. There was no option for ZERO stars. On 03-02-2024, my wife and I went to the Boot Grill in Loveland, CO as part of a birthday invite my wife received from a friend. When we got there, there was a live band and the bar was crowded. After approximately 5 mins, we located my wife's friend and the table they were sitting at.I don't drink alcohol or---take narcotics for that matter---but my wife wanted a cocktail. I walked toward the bar and saw a waitress coming towards me with a tray full of items she had just cleaned from an area. As she was passing by the bar, a patron turned to leave the "rail" and almost ran into the waitress causing her to quickly move to avoid a collision. I didn't want the waitress to spill the contents of her tray on my jacket so I stopped suddenly to let her recover and pass me to go into the kitchen area.I went up to the bar and the bartender asked me what I would like and I ordered an Absolut and pineapple. The bartender repeated the order verbatim and I said yep....that's it.There were two other bartenders or bar backs to her left and they were looking past and behind me and within a few seconds the bartender was as well and she said, I'm sorry I can't serve you, you've been cut-off. I told her I just got to the Boot Grill and that I don't drink. She said it wasn't up to her and pointed to a bouncer standing behind me leaning up against the wall.I asked him what he meant by cutting my off and he said that I was stumbling when I was walking so he cut me off from ordering drinks. I told him I wasn't stumbling, explained why I stopped like I did and he said, nope....you were stumbling and that he had to protect the licenses of the bar. I told him I don't drink alcohol or do drugs and that he was mistaken. I turned back to the bartender who asked me what he said and I can only assume that he gave some kind of signal to serve me.The bartender who had; not 2 minutes before, repeated my order to me, reached under the bar and got some unknown brand vodka or paint thinner and started to make the drink I ordered. I told her never mind and went back to the "birthday" table to embarrassingly tell them that the Boot Grill wouldn't serve me. They asked why not and I said look around...I'm the wrong color to be served here. One of the gentlemen at the table offered to buy my wife a drink and I said, No...I'm not drinking where they don't serve people of color. I'm a Black man who first served as an enlisted soldier and then as an Infantry officer in the US Army Reserve and National Guard in several states for 20 years, as well as retiring after 30 years in law enforcement. Although I have seen this kind of racism almost my whole life, it caught me by surprise that it was so blatant in 2024.This review is just a warning to any other Black person or person of color so they can think long and hard before going into the Sundown bar known as the Boot Grill in Loveland, CO. Especially with all of the hotels in that particular area. You may or more likely, may NOT get served, especially after sundown, once you get picked out by one or more of the racist "bouncers" employed by this establishment.I hope you've gotten this far in my review so people of color and others who believe our color doesn't make difference can make a more informed decision of where to try to spend money when visiting Loveland, CO.

Server was very absent, forgot my drink when she did finally come by. Out of a group of 8, 1 plate was good/correct. Chicken fried steak was cold, a steak ordered rare was cooked well done. This place is a joke.

We went there after an event with a decent size group. Reserved the booth, there was some miscommunication / misunderstanding. We showed up a little in the time we thought it was reserved, they had people already there. Stated we were too late…They offered to let us all take the room upstairs which was nice and large for all of us. Wasn’t as fun not being able to see the band. Our server up there was awesome.Maybe put a live feed from the band downstairs so we don’t feel left out.Good and drinks were good as usual.

Family and I decided to go here before the Hockey game at 7:05 pm. We arrived at the boot at 5:15 thinking it would be plenty of time WRONG!! It took 15-20 minutes to get our drinks another 25-30 minutes till our waitress came back to get our food order, during those times two tables of people walked out due to no one waiting on them for over 15 minutes. We needless to say were late to the game cause it was horrible service and food not impressive at all..I would think they would be prepared knowing that a lot of people go there due to it being so close to the Arena. I will not be recommending anyone, that unless they have 3 hours to spare be dinning at this place!
