Valletta Latte
espresso+spice+vanilla+honey. Named after the capital city of Malta. While in Valletta some years ago, I had a traditional Maltese pasty in at caffe founded in the 1800's, with combination of flavors I had never experienced. Upon speaking with pastry chef, I learned more of Malta's rich history and the mixture Italian, Spanish, Persian, and French cultures. He said that this pastry is the pride of these traditions. After returning home I longed for these flavors and decided to crafted a latte that would be worthy of its namesake. For an entire year+ I tried various ingredients, ratios and build variations. Then one morning in February 2018, I had an epiphany: the build, ration, spice, process...everything came together and this drink is the result. Enjoy. When I asked the barista for him to help, he told me just to “leave it” regarding a table that was abandoned and not cleaned up and the table reservation plaque was left. Which left me and my elderly mother to have to sit on a high top where I was difficult for her to sit at.

So glad we popped in yesterday. Enjoyed a coffee flight. Highly recommend doing that! 👌 Love the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. Will return to try more flights.
Revisited this month (Sept. 2025) with my bestie and had another great experience. Tried the macha flight....the orange chanel (I may be wrong on spelling) is the Best Macha I've ever had. 10/10. Coming here is a treat!

I am picky about what I review, but FeelLove has quickly become one of my favorite places in Loveland and deserves the shoutout. I religiously get the vegan breakfast burrito. They have plenty of vegan baked goods and can make most lattes vegan. It’s a beautiful atmosphere to sit and get work done
