Messed up order completely. When confronted about it. Only thing that was offered was $.50 and a large fry. Why would we make the order properly?? $.50 and a large fry does nothing except make me go to another place and spend more money to order something
this has happened before you pay with gift card and the restf with cash and they use all the cash first not the gift card so you end up with a stupid balance of less than 1.00 . food greasy person taking the order and money non friendly
I attempted to go through the drive-thru shortly before 11pm tonight. We were not acknowledged at all. We said things into the speakers and got no response. we thought maybe the sensor was not working, and so backed up and tried again. Still nothing...checked the hours online, open until 1am. Spoke into the speakers, and still nothing. We finally gave up and drove around the building, deciding to head to McDonald's up the street.
