Stop with the tip request when paying with a card. The machine makes my black coffee and all the baristas do is pour it in a cup. Where is the justification for a tip? I work with trauma kids and mental health because there stories is something people can’t handle - where is my tip!? Enough.

Gave me a 20 ounce spicy hot chia with a broken cup so the lid wasn’t on. Completely destroyed my suit and the interior of my car when I was on the way to an early important meeting. I am sooo pissed. I saw him fumble with the lid and didn’t think anything of it. This chai is going to cost me over a hundred dollars in cleaning and possible my job

Haven’t been to this location in a while. Within the couple times coming back definitely will not be returning. Food was labeled wrong, customer service was not pleasant. Just overall not a good experience.

Giving two stars because i typically Like this location, this morning i placed and order online and headed over there i got There a little after 7:30, there was 3 cars ahead of me which wasn’t a big deal but i waited For 30 mins for an online order let alone it made me late for work this morning. They tried to hand me the wrong order twice too. Very disappointed

A lady didn’t hear me when I requested a cinnamon bun despite my saying it. After requesting it at the window, Melissa makes up for it and gives it. Grace, the girl that didn’t listen well. She also aggressively slams the window shut before I am served the cinnamon roll. Because of Grace, I may not return to this location unless she gets a major talking about it.

The two drinks in the picture are the same order one from the store at East Eisenhower the other from West Eisenhower. I tried to check with the barista if it was correct once I saw the color looked of but she insisted it was correct. After tasting it I knew it was wrong and drove to the East Eisenhower store to get the correct drink.

Oatmilk latte is what I ordered, confirmed by the sticker on the cup, but not what was in the cup. The rest of my day has been officially ruined by the presence of cows milk. Unfortunately for me, I drank half of it before this discovery.
