A lady didn’t hear me when I requested a cinnamon bun despite my saying it. After requesting it at the window, Melissa makes up for it and gives it. Grace, the girl that didn’t listen well. She also aggressively slams the window shut before I am served the cinnamon roll. Because of Grace, I may not return to this location unless she gets a major talking about it.

Jenna the manager is great and they have actually yummy chocolate coffee beans! The easy location has super small ones that aren’t very good.

The two drinks in the picture are the same order one from the store at East Eisenhower the other from West Eisenhower. I tried to check with the barista if it was correct once I saw the color looked of but she insisted it was correct. After tasting it I knew it was wrong and drove to the East Eisenhower store to get the correct drink.

Oatmilk latte is what I ordered, confirmed by the sticker on the cup, but not what was in the cup. The rest of my day has been officially ruined by the presence of cows milk. Unfortunately for me, I drank half of it before this discovery.

Love this, Coffee. Been going to Ziggi since they opened in Longmont in 2003. This location here lacks customer service and manners. The Floor Manager is rude, the service team rude. The owner Greg Blane likes to hurdle threats and threaten the cops when talked to about his customer service issue. It is totally understandable why the customer service is so bad at his stores.Unfortunately, i will be spending my money elsewhere. Hopefully management can see the wreck of the people they hired and fix the problem. Too bad. Great location

We went yesterday for 2 Ice Coffees for us, and 4 Campfire Cocoa for our nephews (total $25). I asked them for an extra color straw, as our daughter is 18 months, so we obviously we didn't order her a kid's drink, but she loves playing with straws (under supervision) and more when their nephews are going to have them and she is not. Shocking they told me that they cannot give us one extra color straw because they come with the cup... I guess that extra kid,s cup with colorful straw was too expensive, so we will not be coming back to this location.
