Was having a pretty bad start to the day and when the barista asked how my day was I decided to be honest and say not to well. She hoped for my day to get better and wrote a thoughtful message on my cup. This really did change my mood and made me 10x happier. I'm so thankful to the kind baristas wishing me the best. The drink was amazing and so was the customer service!
I love Ziggi's and I frequent their establishments regularly, but this location is SO slow. Every time I stop at this location, I feel like I'm being held hostage in the drive thru. Getting a coffee shouldn't take more than 5 minutes but I always have to wait upwards of 15 minutes to get a drink here. Whoever runs this location, please send more staff! There is a Starbucks 500 feet away and they won't make me late for my meetings.

A lady didn’t hear me when I requested a cinnamon bun despite my saying it. After requesting it at the window, Melissa makes up for it and gives it. Grace, the girl that didn’t listen well. She also aggressively slams the window shut before I am served the cinnamon roll. Because of Grace, I may not return to this location unless she gets a major talking about it.
