Finally found it!! Abo’s on Pearl was best in High School, I had a fat boy calzone in Jersey, “pizza” in Rome in the 80’s, Cosmo’s in Lafayette last week (bad experience, too salty!) and finally, MainStage Brewery slice of pizza on Friday! Awesome!!! You nailed it!! Perfect crust! Perfect sauce! Perfect cheese! It is so hard to find anything not salted into stroke inducing zone, glad I found you, you’re perfect and delicious! Keep Lyons small and stop by for a bite, it’s even better than Beaujos, they went salty. If you’re tired of ringing ears from high salt in everything, eat here, skip the pepperoni, it’s perfect without it. Thanks you guys. Oh, be prepared for not too much attention, not too many niceties, they may actually be East Coast but Lyons is kinda like that anyhow.

My boyfriend and I stopped here after heading back from St. Vrain Canyons. I ordered the mushroom pizza with dairy free cheese and it was lovely! The staff were also extremely nice. I would definitely come back again next time I’m passing through Lyons. Updated from previous review on 2026-01-17

I’d like to share our deepest THANKS to this venue for being willing and able to stay open past their typical business hours last Friday night so that my daughter’s wedding guests could continue the fun after her reception. It was last minute, but Main Stage came through with providing food, drink, and an awesome atmosphere to round out the night!

Stopped in for lunch on our way back to Denver from Rocky Mountain National Park. We were there around 1pm & while it's counter or phone app service to get your food &/or drinks the service was quick & friendly. We ended up sitting at the counter where they make the pizzas & the chef making the pies was super friendly & interacted with us & our 4.5 year old continually about the food & general small talk. The pizza (the 1776 & a LARGE slice of cheese for the kiddo) & the veggie canzone were all FANTASTIC. The chili helles & brown ale were phenomenal too. We'll absolutely be making more stops on our trips to & from the national park & Denver.

Stopped at MainStage Brewing on a whim for lunch, and it did not disappoint!

Cute atmosphere, friendly service, and great food. We had cheese and pepperoni deep-dish pizzas, and both were absolutely delicious! The chicken and garlic knot appetizers were very tasty as well. There was also a minor mistake with our order and they went truly above and beyond to make it right. All of the employees were very kind.

Great place to eat. Would highly recommend!!

Stopped here after hiking in the Lyons area. Great experience all round. Super nice staff, delicious calzones, salad, sandwiches paired with good beer selection. You can’t go wrong. Would definitely come back when we are in the area.

Great beer! Would love to see an American flag amidst all the other flags you have hanging.

We had just finished a long hike and came here for a few slices. It was my 1st time and my boyfriend's 2nd time eating here. The pizza is excellent! We ordered two slices each - pepperoni and cheese. The pizza is thin and crispy and delicious! The host was very personable and hilarious. He warned us that they were running long on delivering orders due to an event, but it didn't take too long to get our order. We ate on picnic tables in the back. It rained a bit but we were under an umbrella. It's not fancy, but a totally down-to-earth Lyons style joint.

The bad:
Brought my friends order out 15 mins before mine.
My order came out burnt.
Place was infested with flies

The good:
They offered to make me a new pizza for free
The burnt pizza was still pretty good
They accommodated my request for lots of olives

Good food, with some polishing this place could be a lot better
