We stopped in to have a slice of pizza at MainStage Brewery, while we were visiting Lyons. This building has housed many different businesses over the years. The restaurant was clean and orderly, and the pizza was delicious. Large slices that are perfectly foldable. I had a Pepperoni slice and my wife had the Wild Mushroom slice (daily special). The staff were friendly with a good knowledge of the menu. MainStage has live music on certain nights. They have lots of outdoor seating and even a heated seating area in the back of the restaurant. I definitely recommend stopping in for a slice and a few beers. The next time that we are in town, we will be back!
This place is amazing. Friendly staff, great beer & beer garden, and as a born and raised New Yorker, the closest to a New York slice I've had since moving to Colorado 6 years ago! A must stop in Lyons!
Enjoyed a wonderful meal out back with our pup. Excellent venue and will come back :)
The friendliest, most hard working staff. We devoured a vegan pizza and garlic knots after a long hike. Haven't had such delicious vegan cheese before!
Over all a bad experience. Hospitality was crucial, service was bad and the food…(the main attraction) pizza crust was charcoal black, the garlic knots were just as burnt with no garlic, the Brussels sprouts were dry, hardly any sauce. I have been here before had a great experience, but tonight I admit was hands down a disappointment.
Fantastic service in a relaxing atmosphere. Staff were knowledgeable about the beer selection and the pizza was delicious. Great place to stop after a day at Rocky Mountain National Park.
We stumbled across this amazing brewery when we were traveling to Colorado for a wedding. The chef is from Pittsburgh and it was hands down the best pizza we've ever had. If you're ever in the Boulder area, you HAVE to try this place.
Really good beer, friendly helpful service, nice dog friendly patio, and decent food. Definitely a cool spot!
I am with Guided Goat Hikes. We did a Baby Goat Happy Hour and Lauren served us the entire time. The service was exceptional for how busy it was. She is super awesome and she better be there the next time we bring the goats!! Jodie and Tyler are also equally amazing and helped us set up this experience for the patrons.
Good beers, sour and ipas were awesome. Pizza was great, giant salad. Dog friendly gravel outdoors.

Eat the pizza before one of the oldest modern structures is evaporated by the dynamite lair by developers from the inside out!
I had my wedding rehearsal in Lyons and had emailed MainStage Brewing on 9/28 to let them know that we were hoping to have our group come after the rehearsal for lunch at 11am on 10/11 and that there'd be 15-20 of us. I asked if we could just walk in or if there was a way to reserve a couple of tables. They never responded to the email. When 16 of us showed up at 11am on 10/11, my group was met with an employee running over and shaking her head and telling us they wouldn't have the staff to serve us and that we should have emailed them. Once I explained that I had in fact emailed them 2 weeks prior to the correct email and clarified that it would just be the small group ordering a few pizzas and beers, she let us stay.
The rest of the staff was very kind and accommodating once we got through the starling interaction with the first employee, but it was an unfortunate bump in our otherwise joyous day.
Stopped on the way after town during a work trip. Great patio seating and plenty of parking nearby. Had the half Italian sandwich with the best onion rings I’ve had in a long time. Buddy had a pepperoni pizza that was pretty good.
Cool little spot in a cool little town
Best pizza and French fries in Colorado.
Great atmosphere, great experience, great food and beer! If you’re in the area or passing through, I highly recommend!
