“This is my favorite restaurant in Colorado!The food here reminds me of my childhood when my grandmother from Poland was cooking!!My wife and I have been here about a dozen times and every time the food has been spectacular! We've tried everything on the menu except the salads. It's difficult to not order the schnitzel every time, but the kielbasa is the best I've ever had and don't get me started on the galumpkis (stuffed cabbage)!Take home a package or two of the smoked fish or the salmon spread.And don't forget to finish your meal off with a coffee, it's The Best!The only thing that would make Villa Tatra better, is if they were open all year. But as a weekend summer treat, it can't be beat!“
