Best tacos we’ve had in Colorado so far! Friendly staff, amazing food! vegetarian AND gluten free options! Staff were super friendly, had the best salsas and short ribs I’ve had in a long time, and easily best tacos we’ve had in Boulder County. 10/10, will be back again!

Leaving a 5 star review after my 4 visit here. Consistency with food, service and drinks here are always precise. Mojo is a true “hidden gem”. Hailing from the land of tacos(Texas) this has been a spot on authentic taste of home. The tacos are delicious but what you need to try is the fully loaded enchilada. The margaritas here never miss and have a variety of flavors. They are not pre-mixed, always fresh, and not artificial tasting like other places that use syrups. The bartenders here are real professionals and as a margarita conneisseur these have been the best margs Ive had in Colorado. If you’re looking for a lowkey spot, with good food and service, this place is it. I promise it wont disappoint. Enjoy!

We hosted my brother’s rehearsal dinner at Mojo and was everything we hoped for. Cynthia and her staff did an amazing job! We will definitely recommend Mojo to any future couples getting married in Lyons.

Food is good, there are some nice options for vegetarians. If you are used to tex mex or Cali mex you may be left feeling like it didn't hit the mark but the food is good regardless. We tried a large variety of the tacos and I honestly liked the cauliflower taco better than the flank steak taco. The rice and beans were just meh, this is kinda really important for anyone who grew up in a family that eats rice and beans. The corn appetizer is also just ok. Could have been better I wouldn't order it again. The fried yucca was good I would order that again. My service was ok nothing amazing but nothing bad either. I was brought my bill before being asked about dessert which I did want and ended up ordering. That dessert was a mangolada or something like that and they don't make it. It's just a store bought little ice mango style cup with a wooden spoon. I'm glad some people love this restaurant and it's nice to have options but if you are picky about Mexican style food then it may fall short for you.

Mojo turned out to be the ideal choice for our wedding rehearsal lunch! The restaurant's spacious setup was perfect for accommodating our large group, creating a comfortable and connected atmosphere. They efficiently catered to our needs, ensuring a seamless experience with plenty of delicious food and a fantastic selection of drinks.
Speaking of drinks, they nailed it with an amazing selection. Seriously, they have something for everyone. The outdoor patio was the cherry on top—beautiful and just the right vibe for soaking in the excitement leading up to the big day.

Visited for dinner on Saturday 8/31 during Labor Day Weekend. The restaurant was less than 75% full with very few staff to be found. The bartender gave us menus after a few minutes and told us to seat ourselves.
Unfortunately, it seemed like there was only one waitress for the entire restaurant, and it took over 25 minutes for her to bring us water and take our order. 45+ minutes before we had food and drinks.
I got the burrito which came out to about $20 since I added guacamole for $3. I wish I took a picture, because the burrito came with the tiniest speck of guacamole on the side, rather than integrated into the burrito. The guac was weirdly gelatinous as if it had been frozen and had no flavor. The burrito could have been made for less than $5 as it was mostly just beans and rice with a little bit of chicken and also lacked flavor.
We also got tacos which were good, but didn’t make up for the rest of our experience. Overall the poor service and lack of value for the money made it a poor choice for dinner. The drinks were good but were also expensive for what they were.
