Well, hubby and I agree, we have a new favorite bbq sauce! We had a wonderful lunch here after the Old Man Winter Rally. I especially enjoyed the cornbread muffins. Our server brought a side of their blackberry bbq sauce, it was great! I wouldn’t do the wings gain, I’ll try the pulled pork next time.

This was our second visit, it was disappointing and actually disgusting in one case. My chicken fried chicken was overcooked, the kid's chicken strips were the same. Some of the food was cold when it came out. It also tasted like the oil hasn't been changed in months. The Mac and cheese and fries were good. One of rhe guests at our table ordered the Texas Brisket. What came out was almost all fat, to the point where he couldn't even eat it. It was gross. The cornbread muffins came out late and didn't have any jalepenos in them.When we went to order dessert they were out of some things. There was only one waitress and she wasn't a good one. The entire meal was a disappointment. We had a $175 plus tab with only one beer. The food wasn't worth it and the service was terrible. The Famous Dave's in Estes is fantastic, this one is terrible. Seems like they were more interested in all the drunks at the bar

The food was a little mediocre, but everything else was good. The server was very kind! I thought the brisket was pretty lean and dry so if I go again I wouldn't get that. The pork ribs were good though

Such amazing food, got the three meat platter with 2 sides and shared. A really generous serving and the meat was so juicy, hot and tender. The sides are not an afterthought and prepared just as beautifully. The best BBQ I've been to in the state for sure. Fast, friendly service - we will be back!

I recently needed to reserve a table for 10-15 hungry hikers. Sure enough, when my party got to Smokin’ Dave’s for lunch, everything was already set up and ready for us. We were fortunate to get a wonderful server named Kizzie who, along with her associates, did an absolutely wonderful job of taking care of us. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Food was ok. Nothing special. Service terrible. Our waiter didn't come check on us after taking our order until we were finished eating and sitting there for awhile. When the food was delivered they forgot one of the sides, server said he would be right back with it. Never came back.

We are frequent customers of Daves. Never had a bad meal untill Wednesday Oct 4th. The pork ribs , 4 bones were very tough, scorched black on 1/2 the rack. The burger was ordered as rare as possible but came out medium well. The sweet potato fries were cold. They remade the burger which was a significant delay while everyone else ate. When the replacement burger came out it was closer to medium rare with regular fries. We deceided to not mention the fries being wrong just so we could finish up and leave. I hope it was an off night instead of the new norm.

We ordered catering for 40 people from Smokin’ Dave’s BBQ in Lyons, including pulled pork, potato salad, and baked beans, for a tenant appreciation event. The entire experience, from placing the order and receiving helpful catering suggestions to the smooth pickup process, was excellent. I was warmly greeted at the restaurant, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was outstanding. Thanks to the team at this location, our event was a great success.
