We were unlucky enough to have a clutch cable snap on my motorcycle, but lucky enough that it happened not too far from Spirit Hound. The staff were amazing. They brought us iced water and checked on us while we made towing arrangements (it was super hot outside!).
We decided to make the best of a bad thing and wait in the distillery. The cocktails were incredible, the charcuterie was amazing, and the staff and atmosphere were great.

This is easily in my top 3 favorite distilleries on the planet right now. These guys put out some incredible stuff (at shockingly short age statements). Try their cask strength American Single Malt -- you'll thank me.
