Unassuming place that serves food at far above-average quality. We were pleasantly surprised by how well made and refined every dish was. Although the menu is generally built around meat based dishes they offer a decent selection of vegetarian options. Their made-in-house ice cream is just as amazing.

Good small town food portions were good and so was service. I loke how they let you go add you condiments at the salad bar rather than having to worry about holding items or having to ask for extra dressing or whatever.
Great family owned business. Food is always good from burgers to a little fancier fare, it's always good. Don't miss the homemade ice cream. Honey Blue Cornbread ice cream may sound odd..... you must try it! Yummmm

We stopped by here for a beer and some onion rings. Sat on the patio and watched the hummingbird birds feed. It drizzled on us and the umbrella took care of that. Nice hour and a half relaxing back there.

I have no idea why this place came to mind this morning. I was doing some meditation, focused on peace, beauty, and feeling connected to what I define as a sense of “being home.” Then, this restaurant popped into mind. We were on vacation and wanted a salad and something a little more to go on the way to our lovely, above our pay grade cabin. We also wanted something to take with us to drink. Even though it was October 24 when we passed through Mancos, this place came to mind. Though less raucous when we were there, it reminded me of the now old series, Northern Exposure. If this place is popping up in my meditations on peace nearly a year after our visit, that’s saying something. Thank you so much for lingering in my good thoughts.
