Hands down the best restaurant in a 300 mile radius. And as I write this I can not think of another restaurant that is better.

An amazing, very upscale restaurant in little ol mancos. We were greeted by whim I assume was the owner. Greeted us by our name when we walked in. Small and quaint and gives super bougie upscale vibes. Our waitress was sweet, upbeat with great energy. Made suggestions and was attentive but not over bearing.We started with the boathouse oyster. The food!! The people!! I had a wonderful time at the Boathouse. They do a great job highlighting the fresh and seasonal ingredients without complicating things.
The staff were also excellent. They allowed me to make at a leisurely pace while answering any questions I had about the menu!

The Boathouse on Grand is a small, intimate restaurant with a warm welcome. The exceptional waitstaff provide attentive service without being overly intrusive. The menu is frequently changing and offers a variety of options, with a fantastic Spanish menu with local influence. The wine list is extensive and caters to different tastes and budgets, a killer wine list. Notable dishes include the duck confit and pork cheek, the oysters and steak are to die for, the flatiron steak was cooked to perfection, very tender, and it tasted better than most filet mignon steaks. Chef Dave's preparation is exceptional, and the overall experience is outstanding. This place is a must!
