We couldn't have been more thrilled with our choice to have Jake and his team cater our wedding! From the start, he was incredibly friendly and easy to work with, taking the time to really get to know us as a couple. He was able to weave personal touches into the meal, like Colombian arepas because my husband is Colombian.
His kindness was evident in every interaction, and his team was quick, efficient, and professional throughout the entire event. I had so many questions, and he patiently answered each one, making the planning process smooth and stress-free.
We opted for family-style dining, and it was the perfect choice, creating an intimate and warm environment that our guests loved. The food itself was packed with flavor and presented beautifully. Knowing it was all locally sourced made it even better.
We chose the short rib and chicken, both of which were excellent. The chimichurri sauce was delicious, and the spinach salad was also a huge hit. To top it all off, he organized an ice cream bar featuring ice cream from a local creamery and even went the extra mile to find my favorite topping!
Overall, Jake and his team made our wedding meal unforgettable, and we can't recommend him enough!

We luckily happened upon Global kitchen after spending the day in Mesa Verde.If you are anywhere nearby, you must give this place a try.We were warmly greeted by the chef himself, and he gave us insights into all the items on the menu.The roasted beet salad was the best beets I have ever eaten. The meatballs on pesto and garbanzo curry were delicious, too. I don't even remember what I paid because I was so happy and satisfied. Wish I could go back tomorrow...

Global Kitchen offers very tasty tapas/small plates that are expertly prepared. There are options for several diets - vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. Inside and outside seating are welcoming and comfortable. I've dined here twice in the last couple of weeks and will be returning again soon for tapas and to try some of their take out prepared dinners.

We went to this restaurant after visiting Mesa Verde and I was floored by all the food, especially the beet salad and the vegan mac and cheese. I want to add a note that Ive never had any of these foods and that it tasted better that regular mac and cheese! The hospitality was also wonderful, I wish i lived closer so I cd eat there all the time!

What a find! My group of 4 sampled all but 1 of that day’s menu offerings, and each were outstanding dishes. The garbanzos were a hit- the reviews are correct, as were meatballs, vegan mac and cheese, and tostones with pork belly. Great ciders, and options for non-drinkers. Our lunch was a wonderful experience that will bring me back to Global Kitchen.

Delicious and nutritious food! My boyfriend and I loved our experience here. We had the meatballs, beet salad, arepa, Mac n Cheese, and pickles- it was a feast! We enjoyed chatting with the owner, who was friendly and offered local tips. This is a special spot, don't miss it when you visit Mancos!

My husband and I enjoyed a healthy bite to eat and were so pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of food! Great service too! We didn't know what to expect with it being next to the gas station along a frontage road with the outdoor dining space adjacent to the actual building. We loved it and the whole concept. It is hard to find well prepared vegetarian meals in the middle of cattle country and the tapas style menu gave us a chance to create a truly satisfying meal. Usually the veg option is just a side thought and does not constitute an adequate meal, but this place, veg is the star! We will be back!
