Cliff House Dining Room

Wonderful dining experience. The service was remarkable from front of house to our waiter. Food was delicious, one of the best French onion soups we have ever had and the elk chop was fabulous! A beautiful dining room, the building is over 150 years old and very well kept. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice meal in the area.

This was done of the best food I've had here. Such a neat place and everyone was very nice. Drink prices were reasonable. No surprises with food pricing either and worth every penny!

2 0f the three entrees were substandard. When this was brought to the server's attention there was no effort to resolve the issue in any way.

As usual it was an excellent wine dinner featuring Italian wines. The ravioli and the duck breast were outstanding.

Server was friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered was tasty, what you would expect from a "fancy" restaurant in Manitou. Great place for a low key, but romantic anniversary

Always enjoy my meal at The Cliff House. The filet was cooked to a perfect medium rare and the cheesecake was heavenly.

We visited off season and the food quality was outstanding. However, it was really the staff at the Cliff House that made our visit memorable. We enjoyed cocktails on the veranda and were seated by Courtney. We split a crab cake and enjoyed their specialty cocktails. From there Christopher took excellent care of our needs in the dining room. He kindly split our orders and apportioned it correctly. We took his suggestion on a red to enjoy with the ribeye and it paired perfectly. Our room was well appointed and the bed super comfortable. First time staying there . . . we'll be back!

This is a lovely place to share a meal with family and friends. We were seated on the veranda, and it was perfect. Beautiful scenery!

This was probably one of my worst experiences ever. From no one to seat us for 14 minutes to no server to out of ribeyes to a cold filet. Worst meal when trying to entertain a customer. Save your time and find a different option.

Our experience at Cliff House at Pikes Peak was, as usual, second to none. We have had the privilege of dining at Cliff House at Pikes Peak for special occasions a few times, and each and every time has been a memorable, truly wonderful experience. The service is exceptional. The ambiance is wonderful. The food is beautifully prepared and very, very tasty. We've tried many of the dishes on the menu, and we've not had a bad, even a mediocre experience. Instead, we've been overwhelmed by the quality, the tastiness, and the beautiful presentation each and every time. Specifically, the French Onion soup is the best we've every tried, and the Filet is absolutely divine. The scallops and trout are also delicious. The sides are also always very, very good. The pastry chef is incredibly talented, and her desserts showcase a tremendous amount of skill and expertise, in our humble opinion. We couldn't recommend Cliff House at Pikes Peak with greater enthusiasm, especially for a special occasion or celebration.

Dining room had only one other couple. The outside patio had several diners. It was not busy. Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Finally seated. Sat at table for 10 minutes. No service. All servers passed by and took no notice of us. We got up and left. We have dined here once before and had a good experience. Very disappointing.

Best food we had in Manitou Springs by a wide margin. Recommend the gnocchi for an appetizer. It’s fine dining, but I felt comfortable in jeans and a polo. Our waitress was great as well!

We were one of three tables there at 2pm on a Monday and it took an hour to get our food which was a salad, mozzarella sticks, and one burger. Food was fine but just very disappointed in the service.
