Lulu's Downtown is a new restaurant and concert venue located in the heart of Colorado Springs. The recently opened location boasts a modern and fresh atmosphere, with a noticeable smell of varnish and paint. The three-level venue offers a spacious layout, making it easy to see the stage from every level. Each level provides a unique experience, featuring stools and tables near the stage, as well as a sunken dance floor on the lowest level. The venue can accommodate more people than its previous locations, although it may lack the intimacy of Lulu's Downstairs.

The acoustics are well-suited for live performances, and there is seating available, although early arrival is recommended to secure a seat. Jeremy's work enhances the live sound, making it some of the best heard at a local venue. The venue features a medusa wallpaper in the men's room, adding a high-end touch to the decor. Improvements have been made, including carpeting the entry from street level to the second-floor entrance for safety. It is a relaxed venue where hidden banquettes allow for quiet conversations, while the modern decor blends elements of French rococo and art nouveau. Overall, Lulu's Downtown offers a comfortable and enjoyable experience for concert-goers and diners alike.
