Eddie has the best pizza in colorado. His Sauce, cheese, and toppings are high quality and unique sourdough crust is definitely the best I've had outside of New York. If you haven't been to manitou baked hurry up and go before everyone finds out how amazing this place is.

Fantastic pizza! We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, and they were delicious! They were a perfect balance of sauce and toppings! The crust was phenomenal, and Eddie was friendly and accommodating. If you haven’t been, you definitely should check this place out!

Finally! A perfectly cooked thin crust pizza made with high quality ingredients that's baked fully and evenly. No flop here. Great undercarriage. Davie boy, Prez himself would be most impressed. Listen here folks, I'm a native New Yorker, a paisano from the Bronx who now lives in Colorado since 2016. Simply put, I know my pizza. And let me tell you that this is some of the very finest you'll find on the entire front range. Great, flavorful crust, that retains the perfect amount of moisture to boot. The tomato sauce is just the right combination of mild sweetness with a slight hint of tanginess, perfectly seasoned. There is also a tinge of garlic present that hits the spot just so it reminds me of home. And then to top it off, they use the absolute finest Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella cheese you will ever taste on a pizza. Rich mozzarella flavor, soft and creamy texture, and superb melting properties. Not too greasy or too oily. My goodness, I ate 3 slices inside the joint and ended up taking a pie to go with me back home. There was barely anything left for my wife and son when I arrived. Hahaha. All kidding aside, Eddie the pizza maker is doing something very very special back there, and he's a real classy fella at that. Enough with the review: Take a trip to Manitou RIGHT NOW and go try this man's life changing pizza. Trust me when I tell ya: Around these parts good pizza is a delicacy and they've got it cooking here!

Of course Edd has five stars! It's hard to find pies that are just as good the second day--the mushroom pizza is an umami bomb and even the vegan tastes meaty. The crust is delicious--the perfect combination of pillowy and crispy. Edd catered the annual Pikes Peak Mycological Society's Mushroom Mingle and did a GREAT JOB. We highly recommend.

Went out of the hotel to get some good hometown style pizza and this place is gonna have me craving it long after I'm gone, seriously considering going back tomorrow just to take some back home with meGot the Kalamata Olives for the first time upon recommendation do gotta pass the word along to those who have never tried them (and enjoy olives) they're amazing/great on pizza ???❤️ Sauce is lighter spread and yummy for those out there looking for that perfect sauce application (not too much, definitely not too little)
