My wife and I went To Mona Lisa to celebrate our anniversary. The food and the and the atmosphere was great, and the staff was top notch! We had a great time! It was fun experience!
It was a special occasion for us a birthday for my fiance and neither of us had ever been here before. From the moment we walked in and promptly greeted they wished her a happy birthday. The waiter and manager were both very accommodating and helpful explaining the menu and how everything went. Dinner was a major success we were very pleased, the food was great the wine pairing for her was amazing, I had angel's envy bourbon on the rocks all was exceptional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place with exceptional staff and food and to finish off the dinner dessert was on point very good!!
This isn't fondue ... you grill your dinner and veggies. It was interesting. Service was great, the host was very insincere. Just don't think they should call this fondue when only chocolate and cheese are cooked in already heated pots. I do think the price point was too high for what was offered, especially considering we're cooking on our food. Wouldn't go back.
Went for a date night and had a fantastic time. Jasmine took great care of us and was incredibly friendly and kind. The food was great and we always enjoy a fondue night out.
Some of the best fondue I've ever had (including in Switzerland). And the staff was great. Although I was suffering from altitude sickness on our first night in town, I still enjoyed the cheeze fondue. Their featured wine was also excellant. Too bad I can't remember the name. I recommended it to a couple we met in one of the town's shop the next day. I hope the went. Highlight of our trip.
Our waitress Jasmine was awesome she made our date night the best ever she explained the whole experience and made some wonderful suggestions when we hey back to the area we will be sure to visit again
The experience was amazing and the food was excellent. I highly recommend and me and my wife will be going again soon
This was our second time dining at Mona Lisa and it did not disappoint. We discovered that Monday night is the night to go for a quiet and near private dinner (very few people and we had the restaurant's entire focus). Food was out-of-this-world delicious and we left so over-stuffed we ended up taking half our dessert home. First rate wait service! A bit pricey, but we're definitely reserving another night soon.
will absolutely be coming back here more often than the Melting Pot Our wonderful waiter, Caleb, was an amazing host. He went above and beyond. 10/10 will recommend this place to everyone I know
We had a great time here. Would have preferred more of the protein options, but there was plenty to fill us up. Love the olde town feel of the restaurant. Will be back!!
Parking: Street parking. During the day, it will be a battle.
Kid-friendliness: Wouldn’t take my kids here, but there were some when we arrived.

The service was amazing and the waitress was very kind ! The atmosphere wasn’t that great, pretty dark and difficult to see the plate and the food. I put my flashlight during the dinner. Now the food… I’m from France and it was terrible, the cheese was liquid instead of melted… Drink a bottle of white wine it’s the same than eat their fondue. Hopefully they changed chef and the products because it’s very expensive for what it is.

Simply amazing. Matthew was an incredible host and went above and beyond with our night. Food and experience was great, and the atmosphere and decor is incredibly unique. Couldn't recommend more!
Kid-friendliness: More intimate date night vibes. Probably recommend not bringing kids at night to respect other patrons.

Amazing experience! We made a reservation for a birthday celebration, and the staff treated our party of three like old friends. Every single person we interacted with was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. The exceptional service alone made this place stand out from any other restaurant we've visited!
On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious. Portions were generous, everything was fresh, and we left completely satisfied (and stuffed!). The building itself is so unique, with beautiful views of the town that add to the charm. This was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to Manitou Springs. If you're in town, this is an absolute must-visit!

Our fondue dinner at Mona Lisa was INCREDIBLE!! The service was by far one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Shout out to Jasmine, our server, and Jessie, who helped out with some custom drinks we ordered. Everyone was so knowledgeable and kind.
We had an amazing experience, as it was our first time trying fondue. I recommend the Old World cheese and the Flaming Turtle chocolate
Highly highly recommend this place!! So fun for a special evening with friends or family.
