We stumbled across this little gem while exploring downtown Manitou. There are 8 of us here from Arkansas for the Pikes Peak marathon. “Starving” has the absolute best ice cream and my friends raved about the crepe’s! The owner was personable, friendly and helped us all pick out the perfect desert. We have been there twice already .. you won’t be disappointed ?!!
