Amazing stop for funnel cake fries!!! The strawberry dipping sauce is best, though the chocolate was pretty good too. I absolutely love this place. The guy working was so friendly and helpful. Easily one of the best spots in Manitou Springs.

Often times when I stop by patsy’s I’m helped by a woman with tattoos, dark hair, and piercings… long story short she looks miserable and acts like she hates her job. She’s not necessarily rude just not polite either, felt very unwelcome.

Love Patsy's. It's a staple here in the Springs. My favorite is the vanilla taffy! 🍬

Worst experience! I do not recommend doing business with this shop.

Zero stars was treated terribly by worker. I waited in line for 15 minutes behind a family and then when it was my turn the cashier turned me away because an older white woman came in front of me and she decided that she was there first when I had been clearly waiting then when it was my turn again I asked her a question and she rudely said that she couldn’t give me change without a purchase but didn’t ask if I wanted to purchase anything and just shooed me away. (I have nothing against white people I just needed to point it out for this experience because I’m Asian).

We got the funnel cake fries with powdered sugar and whip cream, it was the best thing ever!!!!

This place is pretty gross. It’s dirty. It smells like fetid garbage due to the three dumpsters right next to the tables and where you pick up the food.
Their service is slow and the prices are high. There are a dozen ice cream shops within a 30 second walk of this place. Try those. If you want frozen chicken tenders or a hot dog, there are plenty of other places.

Purchased a Large lemonade after the cashier pointed out it had to be in the small or large cup. Upon receiving my drink it was in their medium cup and when questioned they said that was the large cup for the tea and lemonade.
Long story short, expect to pay for a large and get a medium drink.

Good key lime shake.

I’d say 3 stars because it was a bit pricey and the shakes were soup… but I appreciated so much the staff checking labels for my dairy and gluten free kiddos.

My daughter & I each bought a bag of Parched Corn our favorite at Manitou location. We were both sadly very disappointed as they both tasted rancid. Old oil. Found out it is owned by someone else still using Patsy's name. Won't be going here anymore. We'll go to Patsy's on 21st Street from now on.
