Super rude staff. Staying at the Cliff House hotel and wanted a simple drink and a bite . Mercedes the bartender was rude and inattentive. Really disappointing having servers making snarky comments while you support their business.

The food and drinks were delicious! Idk what these bad reviews are talking about. Fed a family of five, and every one of us only had good things to say. The service and atmosphere were so clean and professional. I thought I was in a fancy restaurant for half the price! If we weren't from Indiana, we'd be back more often, but this will definitely be a staple for future trips.
Kid-friendliness: Was surprised they had kid menus, chicken tenders and especially the fries were really good off of there.

Had a fantastic time here. Located in a historic hotel, they play 50s music, and currently have the place decked out with Halloween decor! Kendra is a gem to this place. She was attentive and incredibly cool, thanks for a great night!

It is not often that I leave a bad review because I prefer to just not say anything if it's not nice, but I have to warn people. Don't waste your money! I was genuinely impressed with how awful the food was. My husband's steak looked and tasted like it was from a kid's plastic kitchen set. It was $38 and came with some sad iceberg lettuce and soggy fries. My fish and chips smelled bad, didn't come with lemon, the tartar sauce was just mayo and tartar (no relish or anything) and I had to remind them to bring me coleslaw which ended up just being cabbage with vinegar. Nothing had salt, pepper, or any seasoning on it. Our server was polite but very slow and didn't check on us much. My husband, our friends, and myself all had upset stomachs after eating here. Very bloated and uncomfortable. Please don't waste your money here. I've never been so dissapointed.

My family and I stumbled onto this restaurant after walking around Manitou Springs. The food was great, the drinks were amazing and the waiter was over the top phenomenal. He was trying out new drink recipes and offered us a few samples (definitely put that butterscotch espresso on the menu) Another wonderful bonus is that the service was fast but at no point did we feel rushed to leave. If we didn’t live over 1,000miles away we’d be there weekly.

Went to this place on my first visit to Manitou. I've seen other reviews about the service but our server was great. She also made a phenomenal salted caramel martini and I'm sorry I don't remember her name. My wife, daughter and I all had the Yak burgers and they were delicious. I'm glad we decided to stop in.

The portions (fish and chips) were incredibly small. Fish was good, but it was lliterally 3 fish sticks. The hot dogs we got for our kids were cooked until burnt.

Ordered the lemon pepper wings. Pretty much inedible. Tasted like they were coated completely in citric acid. Just one of those moments where you’re just like “ have the staff ever even tried this?” One bad dish doesn’t define a restaurant, but jeez…

Let me start with the good: the food was very good. Other than that, I would not recommend eating here unless you have a lot of time. It took over 20 minutes to get the first round of drinks. The waitress poured a beer from a can into a glass that proceeded to overflow all over the table. She never noticed. We had to get help to get a rag to clean it up. The service is absolutely the worst. We won't be back and I would not recommend coming unless they address the service issue.

Food was okay the yak burgers weren’t cooked correctly. Atmosphere was really boring, servers weren’t all that great. Ordered food and it took FOREVER to get to us then our burgers were undercooked. Once we had to have the server take the burger back and then our burger was cooking for about twenty to thirty minutes which should not take that long. Our burger came back and it was slightly overcooked. Don’t really recommend.

First, we never received our appetizer (although the waitress did comp us for that mistake). Second, the New York Strip was extremely disappointing and overpriced. The steak was overcooked and there was no Chimichurri sauce. When they say served with a side Caesar salad, they mean the steak is resting on bed of lettuce. A very disappointing 8 oz steak that was not worth $38. Service on the patio was mediocre, we went a while without the waitress coming out to check on us. And the food (that did come) was very slow. The menus pictured on Google are outdated, and the real menu is very limited.
