Service was great and so were the little items around the store to peruse while you wait. My family is from New Orleans and have had beignets from there more times than I count so I was hesitant to try these. I shouldn’t have been! These are the best I’ve had outside of New Orleans. Made me want to take a trip back there since it’s been a couple years. Would gladly bring family here. Tried the chocolate dipping sauce to change it up a bit and not sure I’d get again but it was good!

The beignets mini’s that were fully cooked were good.Unfortunately some of them were not cooked all the way and were doughy in the middle.The staff were not friendly.We sat outside which was nice.

We were in our walk and had plans to return for coffee and a beignet. In the way up the hill I stopped in and asked to use the bathroom and they had no public bathroom. So we went to The Loft which had both available.

Oh Wow these Beignets are amazing, sweet, soft, and warm. They come in a little tub of bite size deliciousness. The place is cozy with a furry friend that greets you. Overall, we will be back and bring our friends.
The beignets are very good, but sugary in a good way. Recommend if you're a beignets lover.

Beignets are just as good as the ones you’ll find in NOLA. Highly recommend if you’re in Manitou Springs! Seriously 10/10 on those!Service was fine, the girl we had looked like she was annoyed to be working.. but was alright.Inside was your normal cafe vibe.Now just a few negatives..Drinks: The Carmel latte I got comes from a machine and it was so sweet I couldn’t even drink it. 1/10Seating: It was a cold day and all the seating inside was taken and the outside seating had no heat stands near by. Maybe that’s something that could be useful in the future for the colder months?If anything get the Beignets!
