Ruffrano's Hell's Kitchen Pizza Manitou Springs

The older man with long blonde hair was extremely rude. Overheard him telling a customer that if they tipped, they would get their food out faster than the people before them. The people before them were mom and a little boy. And I watched and saw the couple get their food before them. This was terrible, and customers shouldn't be pressured into tipping. Although the pizza was good, I will not be returning to this place.

Tiny shop, more of a grab and go. But great vibe, and their knots are to die for! Pizza is good but I go for the knots.

Super small place but the pizza was delicious

Easy, fast, cheap, and delicious.

Didn't have to wait long when we put in our order and got there. Just had to let them know we placed an order so they could heat our slices up.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the pizza was excellent as were the garlic knots.

Good spot for a quick bite of NY Style pizza. Plenty of seating inside, certainly the quickest and least expensive lunch you'll have in Manitou. Quick service and a clean restroom. This area is all street parking, paid with an app/QR code.

Vegetarian options: I wouldn't necessarily recommend for vegetarians but they do have a vegetarian slice available.

Don't get me wrong. The pizza was top-notch. Not $30 a pizza top notch, nor did I appreciate the 18% gratuity that was added for any order over $40 or more than 4 pizzas or that it was almost 15 minutes late. They were just putting the pizzas in the oven when I showed up to get them.

I walked in, went up to the counter, ordered two slices of pizza and a Coke, which I would have to get myself out of a refrigerator next to me. The man, who I assume is the owner, rang me up, and pointed to a wireless touchpad on the table, and told me "yeah, just leave a tip and tap your phone".

Leave a tip? For what? I ordered at the counter, I even have to get an open my own Coke. I literally do this at McDonald's. it's not that I don't tip, but I certainly don't tip before I even get any service, which kind of defeats the point of tipping. If I do tip, it's after excellent service, and not because I was "told" to tip. I don't tell you how to spend your money bro, so don't tell me.

The pizza was mediocre, nothing special. We had two slices of Spicy, and one slice of Sicilian, which was mostly just bread with a little tomato sauce on top. Not much atmosphere in the place, just a simple pizza joint. My father always told me, "Son, if you find out you can't do anything well in your life, just open a pizza place. Any idiot can run one and make a living."

I’m from NYC and this is one of the best slices outside of NY that I have had. Just like we say in NY, it’s the water. I think CO Springs bring that same water level. It was great!
