The subway app was down and I even showed the guy and he had no care to help at all. On a meal that I could’ve spent $25 on I spent $42. Not to mention I waited 5 minutes just for him to take the payment and blame the system issue on me for putting in my number on the keypad before he had completely Rang in everything. Terrible service, terrible experience, just overall a very unsatisfactory visit and just based on this I will never go again!

I wasn't sure what I wanted on my vegetarian sub so I was looking around and saying what I would like and then the woman behind the counter told me it would have been faster if I had just told her exactly what I didn't want so I wasn't really sure what I wanted but she was telling me how to do it faster even though there was no one behind me I will never be back to this location again

I'm just visiting town and I felt inclined to leave a review for Matt here. He was so nice and efficient with my order. That gentleman created an atmosphere that was welcoming and pleasant. The store is very clean and fully stocked. Thank you and will be coming back for more business.

The food was fine. It’s the service . The older Latina looking woman was rude. We came up and ordered our first sub including bread and she paused and rudely asked “ do you want that on bread ?” Then I went and ordered my sub and I said which one I wanted, but I didn’t want jalapeños. She rudely says” I can’t understand anything you said. The other girl who looked like she had a bob haircut and younger was nice and helpful. We wanted to tip , but the older lady was so rude. She needs to get some customer service skills. We went in around 1:30-1:40 pm on 8/4/2024

If I could put 0 stars I would!!! This is coming from someone who rarely makes reviews AND has worked in customer service myself for the past 5 years, please go anywhere else! Hell I will pay for your food. We came in for a pickup order, went back out to the car and realized our order was wrong so I sent my boyfriend back in. The employee on line started to happily remake the order. Then the manager Sarah came storming out and told the employee to stop. She wanted the employee to give my boyfriend cold cheese instead of remaking his order like a decent human being. My main problem wasn’t even that, it’s the general tone and the way we were treated. I then called them back to get the store number for cooperate. Same attitude. I can’t find any other word to describe this woman other then a C%nt. Absolutely disgusting and dehumanizing the way she treated us.
