Visited this Subway on Thursday, 7/24/25, and had one of the worst experiences ever. The server( Hispanic, with moustache and tattoos) was extremely rude, repeatedly used the F-word while talking to us, and refused to let us sit inside even though it was only 8 PM (store hours say they’re open until 9 PM on weekdays).
When we politely asked him to change his gloves because we are vegetarian and didn’t want cross‑contamination from meat, he got angry and accused us of “showing attitude.” If asking for clean gloves is considered attitude, I don’t know what basic customer service even means here.
We were ordering two subs with different options, but he refused to customize them properly, saying it was “too time‑consuming.” Does that mean if two different customers come in, they’ll both get the same sub? This completely ruined our meal and left us shocked at how poorly we were treated.
Avoid this location if you want even basic respect or hygiene.

They used the wrong bread on my sub and when I made a comment about it the woman just stared at me blankly and didn't say anything. My cookies were also stale, they were super fresh at a different location but not this one. Place was clean though.

Food was okay as a regular subway but one of the waiters was really rude and not professional at all. Not motivated and not respectful... hope this guy (hispanic with a mustache and tatoos) get fired soon. On the contrary his colleague (an older lady) was really nice.

They voided my order with no notice, from a transaction that went through online. They would not let me place that order in store either

The subway app was down and I even showed the guy and he had no care to help at all. On a meal that I could’ve spent $25 on I spent $42. Not to mention I waited 5 minutes just for him to take the payment and blame the system issue on me for putting in my number on the keypad before he had completely Rang in everything. Terrible service, terrible experience, just overall a very unsatisfactory visit and just based on this I will never go again!

I wasn't sure what I wanted on my vegetarian sub so I was looking around and saying what I would like and then the woman behind the counter told me it would have been faster if I had just told her exactly what I didn't want so I wasn't really sure what I wanted but she was telling me how to do it faster even though there was no one behind me I will never be back to this location again

I'm just visiting town and I felt inclined to leave a review for Matt here. He was so nice and efficient with my order. That gentleman created an atmosphere that was welcoming and pleasant. The store is very clean and fully stocked. Thank you and will be coming back for more business.
