We had a fun time at the Loop. The food and drinks were very good and our server was attentive and nice. I wish she had told us her name, the service was that good that I would have liked to give a shout out to her.
We went back again just after Christmas. Our server/bartender, Kat was fantastic as was the food! I go back every time I'm in the Springs now.

Our server was super friendly, all smiles and very accommodating. We had the shrimp sampler and the carne asada. The coconut shrimp was way overcooked, but the tempura was really good. The carne asada was very good, it could have used a squeeze of lime, which didn’t come on the plate. What we truly appreciated was the fact that there was not excessive salt on anything. My biggest concern was not the food, but facilities, which shouldn’t be taken lightly. The men’s bathroom was disgusting.

Very good fries and tatortots. I had a burger and it wasn’t very good. I ordered a plain hamburger and it tasted like vegan steak. Could improve on that but other than that very good.

Justine is absolutely amazing! She was a great waitress/ bartender and made a great birthday host. The food was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be going back! Highly recommend 👌 also well priced! If you're looking for great vibes, good food and a reasonable price this is the spot.

Horrible experience. Terrible service. Took almost two hours to get food out and have no idea how to time tickets. Waitress disappeared for over an hour. Would not recommend.

We were shocked to find out that The Loop automatically adds gratuity to every single check, no matter how big or small the party is. We had a table of six, including a toddler who shared food with his mom, and they still added $40 in gratuity. That’s excessive and really unreasonable.

The staff themselves weren’t rude, but it’s frustrating that the restaurant has such a policy without making it clear upfront. The food was okay, but definitely not worth the inflated total once the automatic tip was added.

For a family-friendly place, this policy feels unfair and discouraging. There are plenty of restaurants in Manitou Springs that are more transparent and respectful of customers’ choices, we’ll be going to one of those next time.

Chips were not very good, salsa tasted like Old El Paso with extra catsup and the food was very bland. I won’t even go into the cleanliness of the place. Disgusting!!

My parents and I came in last week and sat at the bar with Kat and had the best time! Food was fantastic, drinks were delicious, but the cherry on top was sitting with Kat! She made the experience so memorable and even though I live in Denver I’ll DEFINITELY be coming back! (Also the queso is amazing)

Carly was our server and she was awesome!! Lennon was very helpful, friendly and did a great job! The food was the best we have had in a long time in its category!!!! The margarita was perfect!

This place deserves zero Stars. The waitresses that dressed up as cheetahs October 25th 2025 yeah you know who you are. Party of 6 waited 45 minutes for not even getting our order taken then threatenin us because we want to leave. She said she was busy but waited on tables on everyone else. we asked her we wanted to check instead and ask for the manager and attacked us instead. no manager insight. It's crazy that all these posts are getting all negative reviews and the owner is doing nothing about it. Commenting saying sorry does nothing.Wow wat horrible restaurant bar. We will tell all our friends never to step foot inside disgusting environment.Never will be back, u need better staff. Oh yeah and they didn't check any IDs so they probably sold alcohol to minors.

The manager, Kat, is by all means an amazing member of your team. I was in last night with my cousins for dinner. Our waiter was great, but Kat handled a small issue regarding the eggs, flawlessly. Her approach, demeanor, professionalism and understanding were on point. In a world where Customer Service is lacking, your staff, namely Kat, is exceptional. Later she handled an unfortunate situation outside with care and compassion, regarding another individual. Her character definitely shines through. I'll be back soon because of Kat. Thank you for a great experience.

Kat the bartender was outstanding. Very personable. Great drinks. Additional. Zach was phenomenal. Very outgoing. 10/10 would recommend this location.
