Delicious tea, coffee and pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. The owners are very inviting and friendly and the decor inside is nice with beautiful wood crafted pieces.
This cafe is such a GEM! We tried out their salmon sandwich (do not remember the name), strawberry banana smoothie, and butternut squash soup of the day. It was ALL DIVINE!! The ingredients they use are simple and fresh. We also purchased Yate Mate to try out at home. Dont knock the fish sandwich until you try it because we are dreaming of the flavors 😍
Full transparency: we had a medical emergency here due to altitude and the staff were incredibly kind.
Amazing food
This is one of the best places to eat in Manitou Springs Co. All the sandwiches are the best, you can't go wrong with any of them , I haven't try the salmon sandwich though.
The staff is the sweetest and the sandwiches are so good!!

One of few places that are open early. The Maté is refreshing and great for pre or post hike.

We had a deli waffle, deli sandwich, granola, peach juice and tropical smoothie, everything was soooo good 😋 this place is super cute too, it is one of my new favorite places now 💛
