What a gem!!! Fantastic sandwiches—definitely get the Deli Pesto! For vegetarians, the create your own veggie sandwich with havarti cheese was also so good. Everyone here was so nice, and the inside is so quaint and cute!
I got the veggie burger (veggie patty, onions, lettuce, tomato, sprouts, avocado, mustard, garlic spread on a vegan heritage roll) with chips, and I was blown away by the combination of ingredients! It's not quite a burger, more like a heavy sandwich, and it's one of the best I've had. On top of that, the location had great ambience, and the staff was quite friendly. I’ve been wanting to try Mate for a while, and after finishing the Incline, I came across this spot and decided to check it out. The staff was super friendly and took the time to explain how it’s made and all the health benefits. They gave me a sample to try, and it was really tasty—nice and refreshing.
