Had a great brunch here. I had two eggs over medium with hash browns and toast. The eggs were perfectly cooked as were the hash browns, but the star of the show was the sourdough toast. It was fabulous! Hubby had the biscuit with sausage gravy and two eggs. His biscuit was HUGE and fluffy!
Definitely recommend as food was excellent and they have very reasonable prices.

My wife and I visited Manitou Springs over Labor Day Weekend for our honeymoon and we fell in love with Uncle Sam's. The staff were all so nice and welcoming but I gotta shout out Megan and Parker who both helped us so much each time we went. We loved the food so much we went here 3 mornings in a row. The Breakfast burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had. My wife and I absolutely can't wait to visit Manitou again and Uncle Sam's will be our first stop!

Great staff... A bit of a wait but overall nice staff. The food was Meh. The syrup was so watery. The pancakes were meh. The country potatoes were like little pebbles with not a lot of taste. Probably won't go back.

About a 5 minute wait for seating, but well worth it. Once our server finally had an opportunity to take our order, she was very thorough and was able to easily accommodate our unique requests.

amazing food and service! Casey was an absolute doll with the best customer service I have ever experienced! We came with our two girls and my mom and husband and come from Denver. What an amazing experience and the food was amazing ! Bacon was to die for! Eggs cooked perfectly too! We loved the decorations too as everything is red white and blue! This will be apart of our yearly tradition to Colorado Springs for the ballon festival.

This spot was very cute and welcoming. My husband loved their Denver omelet and this trip we had biscuits and gravy. The staff though were beyond amazing and friendly.
