Uncle Sam's Pancake House is a unique spot located within walking distance of most of Manitou Spring's hotels.
Service is friendly and efficient. Food is delicious. Love their seasonal waffles.
Only open for breakfast and lunch - come early as they close at 2pm most days.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will love this place.
